If you are interested in stationery from our collection, give us a call and let us know what pieces you would like. We’ll create a quote and email it to you for your review. Upon your approval of the quote and a 50% down payment, we will get started on your pieces and have the first round over to you within 48 hours.
Two additional rounds of proof are included. Revisions will be sent within 24 hours of receiving feedback. Color adjustments are free of charge and we can set up an appointment at any time to review color swatches prior to printing.
Once we have your approval, we will send your pieces to print. Final payment is due prior to the mailing of your finished pieces. Printing and delivery takes 3 weeks. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Our custom process starts with a complimentary consultation to gather your ideas and gain an understanding of your style and inspiration for the event. We can do this over the phone, in person, or via email.
If you choose our custom services, we require a $250 deposit prior to beginning our process. From there, we will create 2-3 invitation concepts for you and email them over to you for your review and feedback. Once we perfect your design, we will create a digitally printed mockup for you so that you can see what your guests will be getting in the mail.
Upon your approval and a 50% deposit, we will send your pieces to print. Printing and delivery takes 3-4 weeks. Final payment is required prior to mailing your pieces.
